As a first-time mom, most of us go above and beyond what many deem necessary for our child. Imagine talking to your pediatrician and just knowing the information that they are telling you just does not fit the symptoms your child is experiencing. We have to feel comfortable advocating for our children, and the best way to do so is to track and keep detailed records of signs, symptoms, behaviors, and concerns so that you can have an ongoing, open dialogue with your medical provider. #Motherhood #MaternalMentalHealth
